Question 17 - What if I apply less serum and still have a “dark eye circle”?

Answer: If you use mascara and/or eyeliner as part of your make up, make sure you remove those makeup thoroughly and clean your face before you apply it. If there is no proper cleaning, it will increase the melanin content and it forms “dark eye circle” around your eye area.
