Official Cavilla Store
Retail customers can shop cavilla hair tonic, cavilla eyelash serum products on our retail site www.cavilla.com.sg. This is an official website run by direct Cavilla HQ team in Singapore.
SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE
We guarantee that all of our products sold through www.cavilla.com.sg are authentic and original. QR code to check for authenticity is always labelled on the product packaging box. Be aware of other Cavilla distributors who remove the QR code sticker and verification cant be done. All authentic Cavilla products are strictly sold at fix retail price (unless we are running Cavilla sales as authorised by Cavilla HQ). Do not purchase any products labelled as "Cavilla" at different price as they are likely not genuine.
PRICES AND DISCOUNTS
Our prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you would like to apply for net billing terms please contact your sales rep for a credit application.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
You may simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm the new address with us. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one before your parcel is shipped out. You may also email us at info.cavillasg@gmail.com or contact us directly via WhatsApps (preferable) so that we can assist you quickly.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Our default shipping partner is Singpost. Default collection days are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will receive your parcel next day which it can be on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. There is no parcel delivery on Sunday. Please note that we are unable to provide the delivery timing as we have no access to Singpost's delivery schedule. Tracking link will be sent to you via email once they have collected your parcel from us. Delivery service is to your door. Delivery does not include unpacking or assembly.
RETURN POLICY
If your Cavilla product is damaged during shipping, we offer a 1-to-1 exchange. You will need to ship the damaged product to us and we will arrange for a new one to be sent to your designated address. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We are committed to respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose our customer information to other sources. During a sales transaction, your credit card information, if submitted, is never stored. Any information we collect from you is solely for the processing of your order. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, on occasion we will send you targeted marketing information or special product offers. In every marketing email you will have the option to unsubscribe and avoid receiving future emails from us.
